Hello, my friends! Jackie (aka winner of EBI’s spookiest employee of the month) here once again for another post about the best season of the year.

I know what you’re thinking: “Jackie, I know you love Halloween so much. You’re also so smart and so beautiful. I bet you have a bunch of amazing spooky cocktail recipes in your repertoire. Will you please please please share them?”

Pretty spot on, right? Just about word-for-word, correct?

As we all know by now, Halloween is a very big and serious deal at my home. Another big and serious deal at my home? Themed cocktails. Lucky for you, I compiled a list of my all-time favorite Halloween Cocktails for your convenience! Enjoy responsibly and Happy Halloween to all my ghoulish pals! 

The Haunted Orchard

Cinnamon Sugar
1 1/2 ounces Silver Tequila
1 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Apple Cider
1 tablespoon Real Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Fresh Grated Ginger
1 pinch Cinnamon
5 ounces Sparkling Hard Cider
Cinnamon Stick & Apple Slices, for garnish

  1. Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, lemon juice, apple cider, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon. Shake and strain into prepared glass. Top with hard cider. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and apple slices.

 

The Blackberry Raven

1/2 ounce Dry Sake
1/4 ounce Chambord
1/4 ounce Lychee Juice
1/4 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
2 ounces Dark Lambrusco (chilled)

  1. Pour sake, Chambord, lychee juice, and lemon juice into a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Remove the top, add chilled Lambrusco and stir. Replace the top and pour into a frosted glass.

 

The Poison Apple

3 ounces Sour Apple Vodka
1 ounce Midori Melon Liqueur
1 ounce Lime Juice
3 ounces Apple Juice
Green Apple Slices, for garnish

  1. Combine sour apple vodka, Midori melon liqueur, lime juice, and apple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake a pour into a cocktail glass with ice. Garnish with green apple slice.
