Life’s a Virginia Beach!
Built as a secondary residence, it became clear to our empty-nest, entertaining-loving clients upon completion that plans were changing, and this would officially become their primary residence. We suppose this means we met the mark and then some! Top of priority- comfort, function, approachability, room to house the expanding family and a strong desire not to look like the typical, cliche beach house of the area. We use the term “beach house” loosely because this house is perched a few blocks away from the beachfront and is officially bayfront, a dream for this family of fishermen. The house boasts a custom, built-in bourbon bar, an outdoor living paradise, a personal boat ramp, and interior selections and furnishings that were perfectly curated to create a home that is relaxed living at its absolute finest. Just like our incredibly fun clients, this house is definitely what we set out for it to be, which is one of a kind!
