Arlington Condo Renovation

Designed for a young, busy, real-estate professional, this Arlington condo with amazing DC views was transformed into a functional entertaining oasis. Fully gutted and remodeled with investment in mind, we created a space that was light, fresh, playful and pastel – all things that represent our client beautifully. She and her sweet pup are welcomed home by the long New York-style condo corridor entrance which was the perfect place to create an experience with a scenic wallpaper. And because she loves to entertain, we created a dry bar from a portion of a large entrance closet, just one of the many ways we worked in functional organization throughout.
